Real Used Housing Price Index: Is the result of eliminating the effects of inflation to the nominal Used Houisng Price Index (UHPI), i.e. the average of year's Consumer Price Index (CPI), is what we define as the Real Used Hounsing Price Index.
National Total: Includes the cities of Bogota, Medellin and Cali. Data labeled as Bogotá also contain data from Soacha, data labeled as Medellín also contain data from Envigado, Bello and Itaguí.
